- Profile photo (if uploaded)
- Authentication credentials (OTP verification, Google Sign-In tokens)
Delivery Information
- Delivery addresses you save
- Location data (with your permission) to verify delivery serviceability and provide accurate addresses
Order & Transaction Data
- Order history and purchase details
- Cart and wishlist items
- Applied coupons and rewards
- Payment transaction IDs (processed securely by Razorpay - we do not store card or bank details)
App Usage Data
- Search history within the app
- Product reviews and ratings you submit
- App interaction data for improving performance
2. How We Use Your Information
- Account creation, login (OTP/Google Sign-In), and verification
- Processing and delivering your orders
- Verifying delivery serviceability in your area
- Customer support and order-related communication
- Sending order updates and delivery notifications

3. Information Sharing
ApnaJhola does not sell your personal data. We do not share your data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.
Your data is shared only when necessary to provide our services:
- Delivery partners – to deliver orders using your address and contact number
- Third-party sellers – only for orders placed with those sellers
- Razorpay (Payment Gateway) – to securely process payments
- Google (Authentication) – if you choose to sign in with Google
- Ola Maps – for location and address services
All third parties are contractually required to use your data solely for service fulfillment.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Authentication tokens are stored securely using encrypted device storage (Expo SecureStore)
- Data is transmitted using secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards
- No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure
5. Permissions We Request
- Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) – To verify delivery serviceability and provide accurate delivery addresses. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time.
- Internet – Required for app functionality
- Camera/Photo Library – Only when you upload a profile photo or review images
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access and update your personal information via the app
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw location permission through your device settings
- Clear your search history within the app
To request account deletion: Contact us at support@apnajhola.com with your registered phone number or email. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Order history is retained for legal and business purposes
- Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days (except where retention is required by law)

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

- Google Sign-In – Authentication (Privacy Policy)
- Expo – App updates and services
- Ola Maps – Location services
